Netcetera. Stefan and Ljubomir appreciating our collaboration
Stefan Tramm, Netcetera Zurich: I think this is a key credential for the development of our employees in an international and globally growing company. This is so important. I am glad we did it. Ljubomir Zivanovic, Netcetera Skopje: Yes, I can only add to this. It's a pleasure to work with both of you. The level of professionalism, transparency and communication, engagement and motivation you put into the program is really amazing. I am really happy to be part of this team.

Netcetera. Stefan on best-case scenarios
Stefan Tramm, Netcetera Zurich: I would like to build on our virtual session concept to have an offering for employees on all experience levels and all management levels. … We would be successful if in three or four years we see a much higher usage of all these terms and behaviors and procedures used on a daily basis.

Netcetera. Ljubomir's defining moments
Ljubomir Zivanovic, Netcetera Skopje: I see a lot of positive energy and evolutionary movement. … And also, the individual leadership challenge; it's really a blessing, a big moment for me to see these young individuals, engineers, that are enlightened, becoming self-aware of their capabilities, their strengths and weaknesses, and goals. It's really an empowering experience for me.

Netcetera. Stefan's defining moments
Stefan Tramm, Netcetera Zurich: … The other thing (that wowed me) is the group work and this collective leadership challenge. To see how they fight through and muddle through this challenge to get to results. I expect this is an eye-opener to the participants because of the unusual situation.

Netcetera. Stefan on value creation
Stefan Tramm, Netcetera Zurich: … We now have these Zoom meetings where the virtual groups come together to work, to learn, and to discuss… And this was a big risk in the beginning: will it work? After three program runs, we now have the prove that this format works. And this is very important to us as an international company with globally distributed offices. To have some kind of group work, and topics, and leadership skills, and a toolset that can be used by all our employees… from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Macedonia.

Netcetera. Ljubomir on value creation
Ljubomir Zivanovic, Netcetera Skopje: What I really like about working with you is that we clicked from the beginning and we built up a trust level which is very important, especially when designing and developing this kind of skills training for our employees. I felt confident from day one that we have something here that is of high value to our company, for our employees, and for ourselves.

Netcetera. Ljubomir on changing perspectives
Ljubomir Zivanovic, Netcetera Skopje: I really belief that we need to work on the leadership skills and the soft skills in general. At our core we are an engineering company, from CEO to our employees; and we are proud of it. And at the same time, we need to develop our leadership skills to have a broader, a more complete picture.

Netcetera. Stefan on the reasoning behind the program
Stefan Tramm, Netcetera Zurich: We created this program one and a half years ago for our highly skilled and very technical people. For our software company to be successful in our business we also need soft skills, communication skills. … It's important that team members know how to talk to each other and know how to take the lead. This is the reasoning; we want to grow our engineers to become better leaders.
