Stefan Tramm, Netcetera Zurich: … We now have these Zoom meetings where the virtual groups come together to work, to learn, and to discuss… And this was a big risk in the beginning: will it work? After three program runs, we now have the prove that this format works. And this is very important to us as an international company with globally distributed offices. To have some kind of group work, and topics, and leadership skills, and a toolset that can be used by all our employees… from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Macedonia.
